These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and 444c governing your use of the platform — including all casino games, sports betting, payments, bonuses, and account management. Please read them carefully before registering or using any 444c service.

444c enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations and gaming activities. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited under these Terms.
The 444c platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 444c accepts JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major international card networks for account funding.
All bonus offers at 444c are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before becoming withdrawable as cash. 444c reserves the right to void bonuses claimed in violation of promotion rules.
Each individual player may hold only one 444c account. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, and account sharing are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure with forfeiture of any pending balance. This rule is actively enforced through our fraud detection systems.
All player funds deposited with 444c are held in segregated bank accounts separate from the company's operational funds. This is a binding condition of our international gaming license and provides protection for your PKR balance in the unlikely event of any corporate financial difficulty.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 444c ("the Company", "We", "Us", "444c"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 444c.bid and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications (collectively, "the Platform" or "444c Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444c Platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, claiming a bonus, or using any support service — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 444c Platform.
These Terms are written in English, which is the binding language. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in any case of inconsistency or dispute.
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account on the 444c Platform or to use any of its gaming services. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is a non-negotiable condition of access to the 444c Platform.
2.2 Age Verification. 444c reserves the right to request proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable proof of age for Pakistani users is a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA. 444c will not process withdrawal requests until age verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts where age verification fails will be immediately suspended and any funds therein subject to review.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The 444c Platform is accessible to users in territories where online gaming under an international license is permitted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 444c Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 444c makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 444c Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To access the full functionality of the 444c Platform, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 444c shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444c login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 444c customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 444c will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 444c is required under the terms of its international gaming license to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 444c for KYC purposes, including CNIC copies, proof of address, and payment method verification. KYC completion is a prerequisite for withdrawal access.
3.5 Account Transferability. Your 444c account is personal to you and is strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any account rights to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 444c accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Raast/1LINK transfer, and major international card networks (Visa and Mastercard). 444c reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount accepted by 444c is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 444c account.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 444c Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. Deposits made from international card sources denominated in currencies other than PKR will be converted to PKR by your card issuer before being credited to your 444c account — any conversion rates or fees applied by your bank are your sole responsibility.
4.4 Third-Party Payments. 444c strictly prohibits deposits from payment methods that are not in your own name. You may not fund your 444c account using payment instruments belonging to another person, including family members. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed and the account subject to review.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from your 444c account are available to verified account holders who have satisfied all KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the original deposit.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times at 444c are as follows:
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required by 444c's compliance team.
5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds. Funds credited as bonus money are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the automatic removal of the bonus amount from the withdrawable balance. Real-money deposits are always treated as withdrawable independently of any active bonus unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. 444c reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above standard thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Such checks are conducted in accordance with our KYC and AML obligations and are not discretionary delays.
6.1 Promotion Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers at 444c are subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria published with each promotion. 444c reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players and may not be claimed by persons using the platform primarily for bonus arbitrage purposes.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion description prior to claiming.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games at 444c contribute equally toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements, while table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–25%). Game contribution rates for each promotion are published in the full promotion terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been used and/or wagering requirements that have not been met within the specified promotion period will automatically expire and be removed from your 444c account. 444c will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.5 Abuse of Bonus System. 444c actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordination between players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-related winnings voided and may be closed without notice.
7.1 Applicable Game Rules. Each game available on the 444c Platform is governed by specific rules published within the game interface and/or the 444c help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to game conduct.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, 444c's server records are the definitive reference for determining the state of play at the time of the malfunction. 444c will make reasonable efforts to resolve malfunctions fairly but does not guarantee the outcome of any game round where a malfunction has occurred. Bets placed during demonstrable system errors may be voided and stakes returned at 444c's discretion.
7.3 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated software tools ("bots"), or otherwise manipulate game outcomes on the 444c Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable laws. 444c employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and will immediately terminate and report any accounts found to be engaged in such activities.
7.4 Sports Betting Integrity. All sports betting markets at 444c are offered in good faith based on publicly available information. 444c reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the integrity of the event is in question, where the event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned, or where the bet was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placement.
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 444c is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in full compliance with the responsible gaming standards required under its international gaming license. 444c provides a suite of self-help tools designed to assist players in maintaining control of their gaming activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444c Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the 444c Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, images, video content, audio content, logos, trademarks, game designs, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to 444c and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence to Users. 444c grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444c Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or any of its content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 444c Platform without the prior written consent of 444c. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Platform Availability. While 444c endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform, 444c does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 444c's reasonable control.
11.2 Financial Losses from Gaming. You acknowledge that all gaming and betting activities involve financial risk and that you may lose money. 444c accepts no liability for financial losses incurred as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform. You agree that you gamble at your own risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gaming activity.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444c's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 444c account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 444c is governed by the 444c Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
12.2 Data Retention. 444c retains account and transaction data for the minimum period required by its licensing obligations and applicable data protection standards. Specific retention periods are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
12.3 Communications. By registering an account with 444c, you consent to receiving transactional communications from 444c via SMS and/or email, including account verification messages, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and responsible gaming reminders. Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent and may be opted out of at any time through your account settings.
13.1 444c's Right to Suspend or Close. 444c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements. Accounts closed for breach of Terms or fraud will have all balances reviewed and may be subject to partial or full forfeiture.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your 444c account at any time by contacting customer support. A closure request will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following KYC completion.
14.1 Complaint Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding your 444c account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you are required to first contact 444c customer support via live chat or written communication to the support email address. Complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

14.4 Records as Evidence. In all disputes, the records held by 444c's server systems shall be treated as the definitive and authoritative record of all relevant events, transactions, and game outcomes, unless there is demonstrable evidence of a material system error.
15.1 Right to Amend. 444c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable laws or regulations, changes in 444c's licensing obligations, changes in the Platform's services or features, or any other business reason deemed appropriate by 444c.
15.2 Notice of Amendments. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the 444c Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.
15.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 444c Platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Article 13.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes about their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444c holds its international gaming license.
16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444c with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and 444c.
